I have a live chat script on my site.. here is the code example:

This code is above where the menu script will be. Your menu does not work at all when live chat code is on the page. When I take it off.. your menu works.

It took me hours to figure out why this "easy" product was not working.. I figured it could'nt be that hard to setup.. the instructions looked pretty easy.

Anything I can do about this? I MUST have live chat in the location on page it is. If not I may hav eto request a refund because I will not be able to use your product.

Thanks for any resolution you can give.

I love the menu but this really is a drag and so many sites use live chat these days - i hope you will have a fix for this soon.

We apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, there are some incompatibilities between the JavaScript used by the menus and other scripts (as we cannot test our products with every script on the internet). We will take this issue into consideration for the next version of the products. Thank you for your understanding.
