I'm experiencing the same problem, suddenly the menu was gone, without any changes done by my side... http://blackmoon-culture.com

Any help is very welcome as the website has to be running asap again.

Hello Danny,

You receive a javascript error on the site and that's why the menu is not visible. I see that you have multiple JS files loaded on the page. Probably there is a compatibility problem between the scripts that you have and the menu script.

Also, you have a very old version of our extension on the website. Updating to a more recent version is strongly advised and could also get rid of the problem you currently have.

To download the latest version, please access your account and press the download button available.
