I keep getting the following message:
Please close dreamweaver and delete the filecashe file before using create dw menus...
I keep deleting the file but it keeps coming back and I can't create the menus. Please help!

Hello,
This message means that you have to delete the cache file. Follow this link for more details: http://www.extendstudio.com/documentation/creative-dw-tabbed-menu/documentation/faq/faq2.html#cache_procedure
Also make sure that the Dw is closed when you delete the cache file.

Hello,
After you have deleted the cache file, check the "don't show this again" option from the error message and after that don't go in Configuration to delete the cache file again.

I'm using DWCS5.5, and I have deleted the cache file. The Edit Menu dialog box shows up, but when I select the menu and hit ok, DW crashes?

WOW!!!
I tell you what, I have never seen anything like what you guys did to fix my problem. I was watching how you went into the code and fixed the problem right in front of my eyes, at my computer, remotely. I was VERY impressed! These is what makes me feel comfortable purchasing your products, the fact that your programmers are in-house to handle our problems if need be.

After installing the extension I get the following:
Please close dreamweaver and delete the filecashe file before using create dw menus...
I click on “click here to close dreamweaver and browse the file” and it takes me to the location of the file. I delete the file and it continually does the same thing. I uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail. Any ideas?
It would appear I have the same issue as Michael Vila did in the forum.

Hello Bob,
Before going to the Configuration folder in order to delete the file, please select the 'Do not show this again' message. Make sure that you close Dreamweaver before deliting the cache file.
