It works in IE9 and Chrome, but not Firefox.
I have an older version of Creative DW Drop Down Menu (1.7.4) - is there any upgrade and will that, perhaps, solve the problem?

Hello, Elena -
I've installed the pack, but it's still not working in Firefox 7.0.1. It works however in IE9 and Chrome with no problems.
Thanks!
Tracey

Hello,
Firefox 7 is very new and we haven't been able to create a patch yet. We will try in this new patch to include all feature updates for Firefox so that we won't have any more problems in the future.
I will post here when the update is ready.
Regards,
Andrei Rinciog

Hello Elena
I'm afraid that didn't work, it's just the same, my menus don't work with either Firefox or Opera. I followed your link but it doesn't tell me anything about CS5 Dreamweaver, it only goes as far as CS4. I've downloaded via Extension Manager the program you sent but it hasn't made any difference. I'm worried that potential customers are unable to use my site and may go elsewhere.
Regards
Robert

Hello Elena
I used Extension Manager to upload the patch you sent. I can't see that it couldn't have been done properly. I'm very disappointed to have had so many problems with a program which cost me $99! I also feel conned that I had to buy another program in order for it to work on mobile devices because it was supposed to be a special price due to the purchase of Creative DW menues which you are now selling for cheaper in your sale 2-3 days after I bought it! I've removed all the menus from my site and used CSS instead. I live Scotland and 38% of computer users in the UK use Firefox. It was important for me to have this problem corrected quickly. I can't risk loosing business while you look for a solution to a problem you should have already solved before you sold the product especially at this price. I'm not sure whether I'll continue to be a customer after this.

Hello Robert,
Creative DW Menus extension was created using Flash a couple of years ago, when Flash Player was really used by most of the users. However, that not being the case anymore, we created our latest menu system using pure CSS.
The only way to get the Creative Menus to work on mobile devices is to actually turn the Flash structure of the menu in CSS. This is basically what the add-on for Creative Menus does. Purchasing the Flexi CSS Menus is not required, but it gives you the ability to change the design of the CSS menu, without hand coding.
If you don't want to use the Creative Menus at all anymore on your websites, we can make a license switch for you and give you any of our other products for the amount of the purchase.
Firefox has received many updates lately and our extension has some problems with the latest latest version. We don't have a fix build yet but we are working to release a fix as soon as possible.
We will contact you by email with an offer for you for the license exchange and the difference between the money you paid and the price from our latest newsletter.
Regards,
Andrei Rinciog

Hello Andrei
Thank you for your response. You are correct I no longer use DW menus on my sites, I use flexi css menus as a replacement. I accept your offer of a license switch and look forward to your e-mail.

Robert

I'm still waiting for this e-mail to arrive!! That's over a week now. I've looked at the rest of your products and there is nothing I need so I would like a refund for the $99 plus the tax you added due to me being a British citizen.

Hello Robert,
I remember discussing your case with my colleagues a couple of days ago. I will check to see why you haven't received any email first thing Monday morning.
Kind regards,
