Make sure you upload all the files and also the Includes folder on the server.

which files are you referring to?
as I mentioned I'm running a local server (MAMP) on the same computer I'm developing the website with.
the menu works with live view in dreamweaver but when I attempt to preview with safari or chrome I only get the broken image icon.
also, I have found that when I try load or edit a previous menu I've created it says the menus don't exist. (but they are listed)

Hello,
I meant that you need to put all the files with the Creative Menus on your www folder in order to be shown to the localhost. Copy the folder Includes and all the containing folders on your folder from the local server.

I think it's a great pity as this was a known issue at my time of purchase (at least with iphone, not ipad) that there isn't a good workround FOR FREE that works for purchasers, I know you can't be updating and developing for free, and yet becuase this was known, I have to admit to feeling a little disgruntled.
Is there any patch that can be used and implemented anywhere online (anyone?). I have a customer with 30,000 hits per month getting a little scratchy that 1200 iphone and ipad users can't get a 2nd page from home. Mike
