If i am using any of the danish letters in my menus like it goes to is this to deal with in any way?

Hello,
Please send us a link to see exactly what is happening, because the menus should work with any characters.
In the meanwhile please make sure that you are using charset=utf-8 .

The charset? atribute can be found in the head section of you webpage and it is responsible for recognizing the character mappings.
UTF-8 it is able to represent any character in the Unicode standard and iso-8859-1 is not able. Also UTF-8 is the default character set in Dreamweaver, I dont know how you ended up with the wrong one.
