I have purchased Creative DW Menus and can’t get it to register. I have cleared the cache and did what the FAQ said but it will just never give me an option to register. Please help.

Hello Ryan,
The Creative Menus demo package is different from the full package. You need to download the full version before you can register it.
You can download the full package from your account by pressing the "Download" button next to the license.
After you install the full package you will be prompted to register the extension on the first usage.

I did down load it from my account and install it. But after the install it says it is ver. 1.7.6 not 1.7.8 in the extension manager and it does not show up in Dreamweaver. Only the demo will install 1.7.8 and will show up in Dreamweaver.
Do you have a link to 1.7.8 you can send me?
I am running CS5 with all updates installed.

Hello Ryan,
We probably forgot to modify the version in the MXI but don't worry the package is 1.7.8 in the account.
Strange that it doesn't show up in Dreamweaver. Do you have the operating system in English or a different language?
Could we do a desktop sharing session so I can help you get the extension working?

If that is what we need to do.
The link in the e-mail i got with the order downloaded 1.7.4 it installed but did not show up in DW. Then I logged into my account and clicked on the download and it installed 1.7.6 but it also did not show up in DW. Then I downloaded the demo again and it installed and shows as 1.7.8 and works in DW. Do you have a file you can send me directly or a direct link I can try before we do the share session?

yes i downloaded the full version from 'my account' and received no errors when entering or registering serial number

Hello,
If you've received no register errors, that means you are on full version. You need to update all the files on the server. Does it appear demo on local? If not, please note that you'll have to upload the 'Includes' folder on the server.
