I added the tabbed menu to my web site. When using Windows 7 and I try the mouse pad to expand or contract the web page, the menu doesn't stay porportionate with the page.

Hello Stuart,
The flash movies created with by the script of the menus have fix dimensions so they can't expand with the page.
You might want to take a look at the Flexi CSS Menus extension. This problem is non existent on CSS create menus. You can check the extension here: http://www.extendstudio.com/product/flexi-css-menus-dreamweaver.html
If you want we can make a license switch. Also, you have a very good discount for having Creative Menus.

I would like to switch the license t Flexi CSS Menus please or I assume this is also the CSS create menus? Are these the same. I need to make the switch today. My client is waiting for me to update his web site. Thank you,

I have added a Flexi CSS Menus license to your account. I didn't remove the Creative Menus license yet.
