I am a long standing customer.
I have just downloaded Flexicssmenu from your website
Uploaded to Adobe Extension manager and closed DW as instructed
After trying 5 times, every time I try to open DW the software crashes and will not start.
If I then open Adobe Extension Manager and remove or disable this extension DW opens OK.
There must be a bug in this extension.
Will you please advise me on how I can successfully add this extension to DW for I am desperate to use to to enable exsiting menus to work on all platforms

Hello Malcolm,
Try to remove Dreamweavers cache file before you start it.
You can read here how to find and remove the file cache: http://www.extendstudio.com/documentation/creative-dw-vertical-menu/documentation/faq/faq2.html#cache_procedure
Tell me if you still have the problem afterwards.

I still cannot load Flexicssmenu
I have done the following
1) Renamed cache file to stop it being used to 777777WinFileCache-3012BA81.dat
2) Enabled Flexicssmenus Extension 1.0.223 which was already inastalled
3) Closed DW
4) Opened DW
5) DW will not open crashed
6) New cache file has been created - WinFileCache-3012BA81.dat
7) Disabled Flexicssmenus Extension 11.0.223
8) Opened DW
9) DW opens OK
Where do I go from here
Your support would be appreciated

Hello Malcolm,
You seem to have a very strange problem that will need a little debugging to see what's happening.
Could we do a desktop sharing so we can take a look at what's going on in your Dreamweaver?
