In my account when I click reset license I get a response of "LICENSE NOT REGISTERED YET" Why does this happen and how can I fix this .
Also In my previous thread I asked why my Dreamweaver 5.5 keeps crashing when I try to add a new menu. For your information I removed the menus from adobe extension manager and installed the trial version. This also causes my Dreamweaver to crash. I don't really want to do a desktop session to sort this out!!! But I really would appreciate some ideas on what I should try to do to fix this. Can't understand why this doesn't work on a brand new machine using brand new OS X and the latest Dreamweaver software??? At the moment to use dreamweaver with your menus I have to use my old machine. I would really like to start using my new IMAC I7???

Hello Chris,
We've run a series of tests on Dreamweaver CS 5.5 on MAC for Creative DW Menu extension. All seems to work and no crashing has occurred during testing.
We scheduled a desktop sharing with one of our clients that has the same problem on June 18th. If you would like to connect before that date it would help us find and fix the problem sooner.
We need to do a desktop sharing to see exactly why the extension crashes. Because we can't reproduce the problem on our computers it is impossible to know what to fix.
Desktop sharing connections are perfectly safe, you can see at all times what I am doing on your computer and you can stop the connection at any time if you want.
"License not registered yet" it means that your license has not been used to register an installation. You can go ahead and use the license in to register the extension.

Why can't I launch dreamweaver in mac 10.6?Everything else is just working fine.

You can't launch Dreamweaver after you installed one of our extensions?
What Dreamweaver version do you have? Do you have many extensions installed?
What extension and what exact version are you trying to install?
