NEED TO SORT THIS PROBLEM OUT ASAP.
HAVE REINSTALLED DW5.5 ON A BRAND NEW IMAC RUNNING SNOW LEOPARD.
DOWNLOADED CREATIVE MENUS FROM YOUR SITE AND INSTALLED WITH ADOBE EXTENSION MANAGER. WHEN I OPEN DW AND CLICK ON THE ADD NEW MENU ICON DW CRASHES. I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING TO RECTIFY THIS PROBLEM. WORKS FINE ON MY OTHER DESK TOP MAC. DO I HAVE TO UN-INSTALL CM FROM MY OTHER MAC TO MAKE IT WORK ON THE NEW MAC???

Hello Chris,
The extension should work on Dreamweaver CS 5.5. It has been tested and no problems were found.
Could we do a dekstop sharing session so I can take a look at what happens on your iMac?

Hello Chris,
Have you tried a Dreamweaver cache clearance? Here is a link for further details: http://www.extendstudio.com/documentation/creative-dw-dropdown-menu/documentation/faq/faq2.html#cache_procedure
I have sent you by e-mail a fix, please install it and see if the crashing issue still occures.

Creative DW Menus is crashing my DW 5.5 every time I try to insert a menu.
I have thrown out the Cache as suggested, this did not stop the crashing of DW every time I tried to add to add a menu in different pages.
I am testing your software with a trial version at this point. I was hoping to purchase the full version if it works out.
My machine specs are: iMac 2.93 GHz with Intel Core i7 with 8 GB of Ram. running Mac OSX 10.6.8.
I look forward to hearing from you with a solution.

Thank you for your quick reply.
All seems good now, although when I inserted the menu my "home" button displays as "extendstudio.com" and links to extends home page. Is this because I am running the demo?
I am going to purchase the full version, and when I do so will the version you supplied for the fix still be the one I use, and just activate it with a license, or do I have to uninstall and download a new extension.

Hello Adam,
The watermark won't be displayed once you will have full version.
It is not necessary to uninstall the demo, all you need to do is install the full version, overwrite all files, then register the extension with the serial number provided in your account.
