Have just purchased a new IMAC running Snow Leopard and installed new CS5 version of DW. I have been working on a website on my old machine and have migrated everything over the the new IMAC. I reinstalled my copy of Creative Menus from your site and now when I open the website the drop down menus are there however when I try to edit the menu DW crashes. I have removed the .dat file as suggested but still crashing. Even when I delete the menu and click to add a new menu DW crashes. Can you help sole this problem as I would like to continue using this product.

Also when the menu was working the drop down sub menu was falling behind the graphics in the div below.

Have just tried to start a new DW website in OS X 10.6.7.
When I click the insert new menu icon DW CS5.5 crashes immediately. Has this product been tested on 10.6.7 with DW 5.5??

Hello Chris,

We have tested our extensions on the new version of Dreamweaver but we haven't experienced the problems you have.

Could we do a desktop sharing session so we can take a look at what happens on your system?

Send me an email with what hours it would be best for you to make the connection and what time zone you live in and I will send you more instructions on how to make the connection.

Regards,
Andrei Rinciog
