Creative DW Menu Pack is a suite of Dreamweaver extensions that seamlessly blends the flexibility of DHTML and the Flash look and feel to create beautifully web site menus. When I print the menus look great but on others there\'s a large placeholder block of nothingness underneath the primary navigation--could this be a printer driver issue???

Thanks!

Hello Katy,

I think it depends on the browser you are making the print from and how it renders the page.

The menu doesn't have a special print CSS.

Thanks Andrei. We are both using IE8 so don't see this as being the issue. Do you have any other suggestions to try and resolve this issue? Will future versions of the creative DW menus include a print CSS?

Hi Katy,

Does the menu look ok and there's a big empty space under it or is it just the empty space? Also, does the menu look ok in te browser before you try to print it?

Best regards,
Horea Radu.

Hmmm...it doesn't seem to be an issue anymore. I'll try and find another example. Thanks Horea!

BTW, the menu looked fine in the browser but the block of space appeared in both the print preview and the print out.

Hello,

Here's a link to a tutorial that shows you how to create a simple print CSS: http://www.onextrapixel.com/2009/05/05/how-to-create-a-simple-print-css-for-your-site/

You can use it to style to links from the menu and make them look the way you want when they are printed.
