MacProrn10.6.6rnDreamweaver CS4rnrnI keep getting this error.rnplease close dreamweaver and delete the FileCache before Using Creative DW MenusrnrnI have deleted something called FTPExtensionMapMac.txt from what appears to be the appropriate directory.rnrnhowever, i still get the error.rnrnAlso, I'm getting weird issus when I create multiple menus. If I enter a different name for the 2nd menu it will often say, there is already a menu with this name. Very odd as I don't remember creating any menu with the same names.rnrnI installed this as a trial and then bought it. I'm not sure it installed correctly. Is there anyway to uninstall and then reinstall?rnrnAny help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.rnrn-Drew

Hello,
That screen is not an error, it's a screen generated by us with instructions on how to delete the cache file. It's usually a good idea to delete Dreamweaver's file cache after an extension installation. However, if you already did that you don't need to delete it again until you install a new extension. So you can simply click "ok" on that message. Also, check "don't show this again" when you click "ok" so it won't appear again.
The name issue is a little bit strange. When you create a menu a file with it's name is created in your site folder and also its name is written in another file so that the extension knows at all times what menus you have in the website and on what pages are placed.
So, if you create and delete a menu, its name will still remain in that file. Maybe that is what happens in your case. You deleted some menus and now you try to create them again.

Andrei Rinciog
