Hi - I am still getting the extendstudio button displaying on my menu, even though I have a registered version.
I have followed your instructions to others - to wit:
Removed the extension via the Extension Manager.
Deleted the .dat file.
Reinstalled and reenabled the extension.
I never get an opportunity to register -- even through the Dropdown menu option.

I am also getting two copies of the Flex CSS Layout extension as well showing up in the Insert panel - and I've followed the same steps.

I am not testing the site on a remote server yet, just locally. Can you advise? I am using CS5

Hello Louise,

Please make sure that you reinstall the extension using the full version package. You can download the full version from your account on our website. Click on the "download" button next to the license on your products page.

If you have the full version installed it shouldn't allow you to use the extension anymore without registering it first.
