During testing and preview the animation works fine. The delay works correctly but when I view it in a browser none of the animation setting are the same. Any ideas?

Hello Sean,
Please send us the link to the page where this is happening, so we can figure out what the problem is.
Kind regards,

The setting are as follows within Dreamweaver and the preview:
effect = fade reveal right
main menu button animation = 20 frames
submenu button animation = 20 frames
open delay = 7 frames
submenu behavior = 10 frames
submenu animation = 20 frames
As I stated before the preview is showing exactly how I want it but not in a browser. I did test in IE and Mozilla and they both show the same. Thanks for getting back so soon.

Hi,
I have tested the web page and I found why you dont see the effects in the browser. The problem is that you are missing two important folders from the includes? folder: js? and swf?. The includes? folder is automatically created by the extension when you insert the menu in page. It contains all the menu assets like: skins, scripts, effects ..etc.
In order to be sure that you will solve this please do the following:
- Delete the includes? from the Dreamweaver website (delete it both locally and on the remote host)
- Create a blank webpage in the current website and insert the vertical menu in it (this step is required in order to be sure that the includes folder is created with all the menu assets)
- Delete the blank webpage and click Edit Menu + Ok in every website page where you have the menu inserted (this step is required in order to give the menu a reference to all the menu pages)
- Upload the entire website and test it remotely
ATTENTION: When you do a menu change dont forget to re-upload the includes folder .
Regards,
Catalin Serban
