I used the demo version at first and then decided to buy the full version. I deleted the demo version via extension manager and installed the full version. I now show two sets of menu options within "Creative Menus". I can't seem to get rid of the second set by uninstalling/reinstalling and the extend studio button is still there.

You should try to delete the cache file like explained here: http://www.extendstudio.com/documentation/creative-dw-dropdown-menu/documentation/faq/faq2.html#cache_procedure
