Hello,
I cant start work with Creative menu, I Installed it, put the licence key but when I click on the add new menu, pop-up validation licence window again. I try it for a few days and I have a stress in work for this problem. But I cant share my computer with you because of company policy.
Please, whats wrong????

Do you have any proxy server at your company or something that might prevent the extension from accessing our server?
What operating system do you have an in what language?

Hello,
I will ask our IT department, becuase I m not at work today yet. I will be around 14. 00. But I need to solve it today.
We have Windows XP and language is Czech.

Hello,
The extension needs to access our server to validate the license. After that, it writes the information received from the server in a file on your system.
Basically, there should be only two possible reasons for this system to fail. One is not being able to contact our server.
The second reason is special characters specific to your language. Because of them the extension can't read or write the file with the information received from our server. Do you have any special character in the username of the computer or in the path to Dreamweaver's configuration folder? Configuration folder is located in: SystemDrive:/Users/Application Data/

Hello,
we think problem is in our Czech names folder of Data Application in Windows. Our IT will reconfigure it and then I hope It should be ok.
