Hi

I keep getting this message when I want to insert a creative tabbed menu:

While executing onLoad in xtd_CM_CreativeMenuT.htm, the following JavaScript error(s) occured:

In file "xtd_CM_CreativeMenuT" initUl is not defined

Do you know what this means and how I get round it?

Hello Steve,

You should try to delete the cache file. This should fix it. You can find instructions on how to that here: http://www.extendstudio.com/documentation/creative-dw-tabbed-menu/documentation/faq/faq2.html#cache_procedure

Hi Andrei

Already done that! Also deleted extension, re-loaded it and re-set the licence number.

Any other ideas?

Hello,

Was Dreamweaver closed when you deleted the cache file? If you're not sure you should try it again and make sure DW is closed.
If it still doesn't work we should do a desktop sharing session to see what exactly is going on there.
