Hi Support

Although both Android v2.2.1and Apple Iphone smart phones and the new iPad accept Adobe Flash player 10.1. When I view my websites in them all the menu's do not work, they do not show the full drop down lists.

Will be please advise me on
1) How to fix or
2) What are your plans to make your Creative Menus For Dreamweave compatible with new devices.

This situation has become critical for the new iPad with the larger screen allows my customers to view their website more closely than ever before and need to see the full menu.

Although I love the range of attractive menu's from Creative Menus For Dreamweaver, If this situation is not resolved I will be forced to move to use other menu software that is fully compliant with all browsers.

A speedy reply would be appreciated to malcolm:@elsmore.co.uk

Hello Malcolm,

From what I know Flash Player 10.1 is not available for Apple devices. I tried to search this on the internet after I read your message but I couldn't find anything on the internet to state this. That would be great news though, so if you have any link about this, please post it here.

The menus are working on Android v2.2 though. Just tried that and they seem to show up fine. If you want the drop-downs to appear on touchpad phones, you must make them appear on click rather than 'roll-over'. Probably this is the issue that you have. You can send us a link to your page by email to support at extendstudio.com.

We constantly try to improve our products to keep them updated with the latest technologies. As smart phones are getting smarter and smarter we have implemented them in our thought process for developing and testing our applications. You can be sure that we will continue to do this in the future.
