Hello Karen,

I see that your menu is displaying correctly in IE 9 now. Do you still need the patch?

I have 5 parent links in the menu Home, Leadership, Private Brand, Custom Solutions, & Contact. On IE 8, I can only see Custom Solutions, & Contact. The menu looks stretched out horizontally so that it looks like each tab is very wide & there was not enough room to display them all. I don't have access to IE9.

Hello,

This is probably caused by the problem that I mentioned in the other thread. Tell me if you still have the problem on the page that I sent you by email.

Hi Andrei--

I copied lines 74-112 in the code you sent. This resulted in the menu not appearing in ALL browsers. Other ideas?

Hello Karen,

Sorry for the late reply, we had a day off on Monday because of a national holiday.

The menu is not appearing because you don't have the correct version of the script in your site. Have you installed the patch that hides the texts from the page before you wanted to implement that workaround in the code?

As a quick fix you can remove the "visibility:hidden" style from the structure div.

Hello Christina,

Could you please give me a link to your website so I can take a look?

The patch won't help you much because of the javascript error. We must find what causes that.

This is happening to me too! Menu is only displaying text and no graphics.

The client is a grave marker maker ... and if I don't get this working soon, my grave is next! :(

Please help Obi Wan Kenobi, you're my only hope.

Hello,

The menu seems to work on my computer on IE and Chrome. Haven't tested on other browsers. What browser are you using for testing?

Do you have Flash Player installed on that browser?
