I have created a DW Drop Down Menu and when viewed using Safari it works properly, however, when viewed in IE the submenu hides behind the apDiv which is directly below the apDiv which holds the menu.

Also, I tried to preview it in Netscape (which I just downloaded) and I get a message that says I need to install missing plugins. When I click on Install Missing Plugins - it says No suitable plugins were found.

I just downloaded the "DW Drop Down Menu" software again and re-installed it, hoping this might resolve the problem, but it didn't help.

I have sent an email to support@extendstudio.com twice in the last 3 weeks and still have not received a reply to this problem. Can anyone help me?

Hi Vic,

In order to solve this problem please go to the DIV id #apDiv_gprServices? and delete the position: relative;? attribute (also you can delete z-index which will be absolute in this case).

Regarding the NETSCAPE issue, you need to install flash player for NETSCAPE in order to make the menu work for it.

You are saying that you sent us two emails regarding this issue in the last 3 weeks, unfortunately we havent received any. Can you please resend them!

The solution you posted on the blog worked. As it turned out it was such a simple fix to a problem that has been frustrating me for weeks.

As per your request I have resent the two emails (with dates & times stamped) to support@extendstudio.com. If you are not getting emails to this address you have a problem with your mail server.

Your company has a good product.... but you need to improve your support responsiveness.
