I've just purchased this extension and I can't use it, I keep getting the following:
Please close Dreamweaver and delte the FileCache file before using....
It offers to take me there and I delete the FileCache but it says it just loops back to the same error...help!

Hi Michael,
the small window that you're talking about has a "Do not show this again" checkbox.
Please check it and you'll see it won't reappear.

ok but now i'm in a constant loop of Licence Validation...rendering this product useless for me. Is there a fix for this or should I request a refund since I'm within my time limit.

Hi Holly,
What exactly do you mean by loop? It continues to request the license? Do you get past the license? Any error numbers?
Also, what operating system and Dreamweaver are you on?

A loop means it is just going around in circles....asking the same things be done over and over. It asks for a Licence Validation, so I reset it on your site and put it in...after which it doesn't open the interface for adding a menu...so if you click the button to insert one it again asks for Licence Validation. Never proceeding past that.
I have Win XP Pro and Dreamweaver CS3.

Hello,
Probably the extension can't finish the registration and it just keeps asking. Could we do a desktop sharing session so that I can take a look at your system configuration and see what's blocking the licensing system ?

Hello,
The issue was created by the "&" character on the username of the operating system. It is usually better to avoid using special characters to avoid problems like this.
We made some patches for this problem so if anybody else has problem with the registration and has special characters in their username you can request for the patches here.
These patches will be included in future updates.
