This is a great product but your support is lacking. I sent an e-mail out 3 days ago to sales@extendstudio.com and still no reply. Also I made a forum post about 2 days ago and it hasn't gotten a reply.
I understand a few days is not a big deal but if you are busy please don't advertise 24/7 forum support, post the days which you are most likely to respond on.

We apologize for the late reply, but I assure you that we try to answer all our support issues in the shortest time possible (we try to make it one working day).
Unfortunately the amount of support received during the weekend was high and this had an impact on the reply time. This is only temporarily and we are working to fix it.

I have been sending emails for about a week now and still no response. I have sent them to each email address, I have filled out your form online and I have posted in the Forum. We had a problem with our domain name provider, this is why the site was not functioning and also, unfortunately the reply time was increased, but it is now solved, and everything is back to normal.
