I get the horizontal bar and the main tabs work, the dropdown interface works, but the links do not. Works fine in all the other latest browsers... also using Shadowbox on the pages.

Hello Bill,

First of all, sorry for the late reply. We've been pretty busy around here with Flexi CSS Layouts.

The page you sent the link doesn't have a Creative Menu on it. Could you please post another link or send the page at support at extendstudio.com?

What do you mean by the links didn't work? When you clicked on the buttons nothing happened?

Regards,
Andrei Rinciog

Hi Andrei,
Here is one of the pages... http://aztecmoon.com/tetl/turquoise.htm The dropdowns worked, but none of them went to their specific page when clicked, they did nothing.

I was getting desparate - needed to get the site live before we received any more orders. So a friend tole me to add these 2 lines of code to each page - not the proper fix, but it seems to be working now.

At top of page added:
<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/strict.dtd">

...plus added this meta:
<meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=EmulateIE7" />

If you have a better (more permanent) fix please let me know.
Gracias,
BIL

Hmmmm, that fix didn't last once I re-upped the pages. We are back to dropdowns showing, but unclickable except for the first dropdown "Agate".

Hello Bil,

I gave you an answer on the Adobe forum and I will copy it here:

From what I see on the page you have an older version of the extension on the page. Download the latest package from your account on extenstudio.com and install it using the Extension Manager. Once installed, edit the menu you have on the website and select to update it in all pages.

Tell me if it works.

Regards,
Andrei

Been working on the corruptions from the upgrade... had to purchase the software again (???), I had originally purchased back in April 2009. It all seems to be working now - finally - thanks!

The text is loading before the nav bar again... and the javascript is under the menu like you suggested.

Example: http://aztecmoon.com/tetl/jasper.htm

Hello Bil,

We made some modifications to the menu rendering javascript function that will hide the texts before the menu is fully loaded. However, I don't recommend if you need good SEO on your page. Hiding those texts before the menu is rendered will make the links invisible to search engines.

Also, the texts are visible before the menu loads only on slower internet connections. On my computer for example I don't see any texts.

If you want the modified javascript file send me an email at support at extendstudio.com.
