Hi,

I've upgraded to CS5 and added in all my extend studio products. I tried to open the dreamweaver dropdown menu and I get a win cache message to close dreamweaver and delete the file. I've done this and the next time I go in I get the same error again.

The 2nd time I clicked OK and just skipped past the error and I was then asked for the license. I logged into my account reset the license and entered it and when I click ok I get an Error 202. I can't find any reference to this in your forum.

Any idea how I can get around this as I need to edit some previously installed menus.

Hello Patrick,

I've checked your account and saw that you have DW Menus Pack, Vertical Menu and DropDown Menu as well. When you install you must check what kit you've used to install and use it's respective serial (I recommend you install the Creative DW Menus Pack, as it contains all 3 types of menus, and use the serial for it from your account).
Error 202 means you have to wrong serial number inserted. Be careful not to use the serial from Creative FL Menus Pack which I see you also have. Let us know how it goes.
