i have been using ur DW-Dropdopn extension for some time.. but suddenly it stoped working. it is asking for at serial number. but when i copy/paste it in i just asks again.

Hello,

You have to reset the license and reactivate it; to do that you have to:

Login to your Extend account
After that go to Account> My products
Click on the correspondent Reset Key button
Now you can type the serial again in the validation pop-up window
