Mac OSX 10.6.4 DW CS5
Every time I try and run The Dropdown Extension I get the message " The Function. The unction %() is currently unavailable. () is currently unavailable" then DW crashes!

Have cleared the cache - no difference
Have removed extension downloaded latest and re installed - no difference
Have gone back to DW CS4 removed from CS5 all details of extension installed into CS% re set and installed licence - no difference

Have sites that require update - cannot do that now
Have new sites under construction - cannot continue.

This must be the worst product on the market!!!

Is there a cure - probably another clear the cache answer- THAT DOES NOT WORK nor does REINSTALL, REBUILD PERMISSIONS OR ANYTHING ELSE

Hello Dave,

Let's do a desktop connection so we can take a look at what is happening on your MAC. I will send you more details for the connection by email.

You get the error everytime you try to insert a new menu in a page or when you try to edit an existing one?

Have you tried in an empty website?
