I have been using drop down menus for several years and was very pleased with the product until I discovered a problem that I can't understand. I have a client that uses drop down menus that was working fine until I attempted to change the template. Now only half of the drop down menu appears. The working site can be found at http://nwchicagohistory.org. Notice the length of the drop down menus. Please check out http://nwchicagohistory.org/test and notice that the menus are cut in half. This only happens with IE. I am using IE8 but others with IE7 see the same thing. I have removed drop down menus and reinstalled but get the same results. I have tried everything I can think of, please let me know how I can correct this problem.rnThank you,rnHarold Jenkins

Hello Harold,
There seems to be a problem on that page and the menu is cut on my computer as well.
I tried to debug it online but couldn't figure out the problem yet. Could you please send me a copy of that page at support at extendstudio.com?

Hi Andrei,
Have you been able to uncover anything on the half menu problem? My client wants some changes that will require a change to the template and that will introduce the half menu problem.

Hello,
Harold, we have been working on the page but without success so far. I have forwarded the problem to some of my colleagues that developed Creative DW Menu but they haven't found a good fix yet.
Gina, could you please share with us what you did to make the menu work?

The big thing I did was just add the body text. it appeared I could NOT get that aligned up until I started formatting the page with text. I also removed all the <p> tags before the menu callout and centered it within a table under the header. Table cells saved me. If you client could try hitting about 9 or 10 returns after the menu just to see if that is the issue. It did not align until I added text.

Hi Andrei,
In my efforts to try and understand why I only see half of my menus, I decided to update my dreamweaver 8 to the latest version. Following the update I disabled the Extend extersions, downloaded the latest version of the Creative Menu Pack and installed it. I removed the FileCache file and tried to enter the licence number and I continue to get a validation errorcode 202. What am I doing wrong?

I forgot to reset the license and after doing so I was able to install and use the Creative Menu Pack. Please ignore my previous post.
