Hello,

I am about to reformat my hard drive because of a virus I have. I still have access to my files. How do I transfer my menus so that I do not loose them.

Hello Ferras,

You can always download components from our site. Just log in with the e-mail used for the purchase and download them from your account. Be aware that you must press the Reset License button before you enter your serial. You must to this every time you reinstall the components.

Hello again,

Sorry, i misunderstood the question. Well, you must save all your sites (including the "includes" folder and all of the html pages) and after you re-install you must recreate the site and load them up.

Thank you, it was really easy. I just reinstalled it, resetted the license, and when I loaded the site, it already had the menu saved for me.
