I'm trying to edit a Drop Down Menu. I get a serial number form. I enter my serial number and then get a "License Validation Failed! error code:201." Any ideas?

Hi Richard,

You need to reset your license number before you use it again. To do that, open your account from this website ( there is a My account button above) and then press the 'reset license' button.
