One of my clients says that on some of his compuers with slower internet speeds the menu only show in list form on the right hand side of the page. Is this an issue or a browser problem. I beleive they are still using IE7

I have several clients that are still on a slow dial up connection and it is not an issue for them.

I am not 100% sure, buut possibly check to make sure that they don't have javascript disabled in their browser.

They do have javascript enabled, I have alresdy checked this.

Hi David,

Do they receive any javascript errors? Do they have Flash player installed?

Ask them to send you a screenshot with their screen.
