I cannot get any of your software that I purchased to work on my computer. Each time I try, I get the following message...
When testing on your computer, please adjust your Flash Player local settings. This WILL NOT BE NECESSARY for your website visitors or when testing on a webserver. See 'HELP -> Testing a page locally' for a one minute tutorial.
Unfortunately, you do not tell us what HELP screen you are referring to. Is there a HELP screen in Dreamweaver that I'm supposed to be looking for? Or, is there a HELP screen in Flash that I'm supposed to be looking for? Or, is there a HELP screen somewhere in your software I'm supposed to be looking for? Or, is there some HELP on your Web site I'm supposed to be looking for? Or, is there HELP in the Browser that I'm supposed to seek?
I'm at a total loss. I really need to get your software to work on my computer.
Please tell me EXACTLY where I'm supposed to find the help I need to adjust my "local" Flash settings.

Hi Myron,
When do you get this error? When you open the Extension User Interface or when you go to view the page in a browser?
Also are you viewing the page locally using Safari browser. I read awhile back that there was an issue viewing local flash files through Safari browser and some settings had to be changed in the Flash Player settings to allow the files to be viewed.
What browser and version of Flash are you using?

You need to make a change to the Flash Player security and add the site folder to the "trusted locations" list.
