my dreamweaver cs4 crashes when i am editing the DW vertical menues it says cs4 there is a problem and it needs to close then it shuts down... can you help me on this issue .

Hello,

What operating system do you have?

Try to make a cache clearence for Dreamweaver and then try again (http://www.extendstudio.com/documentation/creative-dw-tabbed-menu/documentation/faq/faq2.html#cache_procedure)

Is this happening only on "edit"? Have you tried with other menus from a different website?
