I tried everything, even going to help menu- manage extensions in dreamweaver... & all i ever get is an error message saying "Adobe extension manager has stopped working" A problem caused the programt o stop working correctly. I cant install this extension package i just paid for & i need to access it quickly! Please help!!!

Please tell me what Dreamweaver version you have and what operating system. Check here if you have the right Extension manager version for your Dreamweaver: http://www.adobe.com/exchange/em_download/

Windows OS, Adobe Master Collection Suite CS4. I just purchased & could not install Creative DW Rich Media Pack PRO + Vertical Menus per the error message above. Thanks, elaina
PS. How do i know id i need the 2.1 patch?

Hello,
You can see the Extension Manager version by click "Help->About Extension Manager" from the menu inside it. If you the correct version for the CS 4 suite than you don't need to do any updates.
Could we do a desktop sharing session so that I can take a look at what's happening on your computer?

Yes, how? How will we communicate at the same time via only responding thru this website, or how will we know when?
Also, my computer recently did a large adobe update & i can now view the extension mgr, but it does not show any extensions, ive tried several things within the ext mgr.

When I try to open any of the extensions' setup files that I told you about above which I just purchased about a week ago; OR if i try to get the ext mgr itself to open them from folders on my desktop, an error msg comes up saying "invalid token value" for almost every adobe program in the CS4 master suite collection that I just recently purchased from EuroSoftware & had problems initially trying to install it too. They sold it to me as a direct download instead of sending me the CDs, etc. & told me to run it as trial at first... After that I opened DW & tried one of the 6 keys they gave me & had issues, then I opened Illustrator or one of the other programs & typed in a different key & it worked. Im not sure if the one key i entered in illustrator validated all the programs included in the suite i purchased, or if it is still running off the trial because I did receive an email yesterday about Adobe Flash trial almost expiring.
My extension mgr says it is version 2.1.112 .
I also purchased, downloaded & tried to install these extensions before the adobe update took place on my computer, but even after the update it still wont install them.
Do you think I need to reset the licenses & re-download or something? I think it may be something to do with the master suite collection that i purchased & had problems downloading in the first place tho... but i really have no idea, id just like to be able to use the products ive paid for. thanks

Hello Elaina,
Well, first of all I think that you should talk with somebody from Adobe or EuroSoftware and tell them about the problems that you have experienced.
In the first post you said that the Extension Manager is crashing when you try to install one of our extensions. Have you been able to get over the crashing and install? If you haven't then you don't need a license reset.
I know I've told you to do a desktop sharing on 23 I wasn't at the office until today. I will still be around for the next two days. So, if you have time, I could assist you by phone. Just send an email with your phone number at support at extenstudio.com. If you can't do it, then we can always meet next year.
