I want to relicence my Creative Menu Drop Down Extention but it is telling me I have not registered it. When I add a drop down menu in Dreamweaver there is not extra promt to register? Is there any other way to register?

Hello Damien,
You need to install the full version of the extension in order to register. Download the full package from your account on our website by pressing on the "Download" button.
After you download, uninstall the version that you have and re-install using the mxp just downloaded.

that's exactly what I have done, I have removed the Extentions, downloaded the full version and re-installed. I then Insert a drop down menu and a warning dialog box appears letting me know how and where to delete the .dat file. Ok to that and then I am straight into the extension interface, everything works fine, but would still like to register?

Oh, then you are fine. If you haven't reinstalled Dreamweaver you don't have to register again. It kept the registration from the previous installation.

Ok! How come when i hit the Reset Licence Button on the My Orders page of extendstudio.com it prompts with the following.........You license is not registered yet !

Hi Damien,
When you generate a menu and see it in the web page, does it have the random extendstudio.com button on it?

No random button. It works fine. just don't like the way your website says it's not registered when I want to reset the licence. Not a big deal.

Hello Damien,
I saw that you have multiple Creative menus licenses in your account, is that correct? You probably registered using one of those licenses and now you are resetting a different one.

we do not get registration box- have reinstalled your product- added menu- we get the delete .dat file screen, but no registration screen.
is there an ini file or somewhere else or other way to get this registered- we are on a deadline.

By reinstalling you say you have downloaded the full version from here http://www.extendstudio.com/login.html un-installed the demo and installed this one?

we have deleted trial-installed full version - now we get a serial number box, we put in the number you sent us- and it says invalid number- so we reset number, and we still get error screen-WE HAVE TO GET THIS SOFTWARE going asap -what do we do>>??
