Hello,

in Germany we have got a couple of mutated vowels (ä = ae, ü = ue, etc.).
But these used vowles, inside the menu text and sub menu text, are replaced after saving the page/site.
They are replaced against some cryptical characters.

I'am using the Creative DW Mennu Pack - Designer Edition 1.7.4 with Dreamweaver 8 (Germany version).
OS is Windows XP Professional SP3 (German version).

Any clou?

Hi Jurgen,

This is a strange error as the Creative Menus are supposed to work with localized characters. Could you please send us the page code that was generated at support (at) extenstudio.com so we could have a look?

Hi Juergen,

You should set the page encoding to UTF8. The encoding you have right now doesn't go well with German characters

sorry for my late reply.

Now it works fine. I have changed the enconding and the characters a OK now.
