I just bought Creative Flash FX downloaded everything per instructions, after going to flash and entered the numbers you sent via email I keep getting error messages; error code 661. What is going wrong I bought this for a project that is due asap so please get back to me as soon as possible. I sent you an email as well.

Hello,

I think that you are not using the correct serial number or you use only a part of it. You can find your serial numbers on your account (click on the my account button above). A serial number is composed of three sections separated by “-“. You need to copy all the characters from the box (including the “-“) and paste it inside the registration box.

You bought the Flash FX package.So, you need to register the Creative MovieFX v2 and Creative TextFX v2 components using the FlashFX serial number. The licenses labeled “Creative MovieFX” and “Creative TextFX” are for the first versions that are available in AS 2 documents.
