Every time I go to use Movie FX It asks me for my serial number. I have to go to your website and reset the serial number to get past the serial number screen. Then when i use it again it asks for the serial number again, whats up?
This just started when I downloaded the updates.

It seems to be happening on old files that were done before the update. I will send you the file.

Hi,
What is happening is that on the latest update we changed the license verification algorithm with one that is lighter and faster. The components from your file are using the old algorithm so, when you are opening them, they cant validate the license because they are missing the old algorithm.
Fortunately there is a workaround for this:
- Open the old file
- Then open the Components Panel
- Drag from the component Panel into the library the component used
- Click ok when warned that you are overwriting a file.
Attention after the error you may need to reactivate your license from your account on the extend studio website.
