I purchased the Creative FlashFX bundle that includes Creative MovieFX 1&2 and Creative TextFX 1&2 and received one serial number.

The serial number does not work when I try to active any of the four products. I have tried on two different computers in both Flash CS3 and CS4. Please help.

Hello David,

There was a problem with your registration and you didn't received the licenses for TextFX v1 and MovieFX v1. I've added them to your account. MovieFX v2 and TextFX v2 can both be registered with the FlashFX license.

Best regards,

Thank you... Let me say for the record we love your components and think you guys put out a very useful product however the activation scheme is super cumbersome and really discourages us from purchasing other products. Especially troublesome is the inability to have an active registration on both a laptop and desktop. Using the current method takes way too much time to reset the activations.

We hope you reconsider this method of validating the software to accommodate your loyal customers.

Creative MoveFX came with my purchase of the April 2006 issue of Mac Format. I have installed the software as instructed but there is a problem. I can see the components grayed out before I open a new movie. However, once a new movie is opened the components are no longer available. Any ideas would be helpful. I am using Flash CS4 on my Mac with OS X Version 10.5.6.

Thank you in advance for any help you can provide.
