i got Creative_flashFX on 24 december 2008.
i installed Creative MovieFX v2 and Creative TextFX v2 and i tested it.
As i open a file and i try to add another movie effect, the panel of movieFX v2 doesn't work properly and appear blank.

i resetted the license, disinstalled the extension, reinstalled the extension but it appears the same way.

The other extension work properly.

What can i do?

Hello,

I checked your FLA and it seems to work though I’ve noticed that if I put a mfx instance over the logo instance then I can’t select the movieFX instance. Is this what you are reporting ? You can select the target of a movieFX from the interface, you don’t have to necessarily drag the instance over that target. You can put the movieFX instance anywhere on the stage so you can select it easily.

We can have a desktop sharing session if you’d like.
