I have purchased Creativre FLASH FX software and nothing is visible in COMPONENT PANEL. The instalation process show no problems, Extension Manager CS4 is installed, Extensions are enabled. rnI have installed version 1 and 2, no one is visible. System is VISTA x64. Java 6 update 11 , Flash Player 10 and Adobe Media Player. Adobe CS4 Premium. Tested also on Vista x32 with similar results. With CS3 on Vista works OK

This information is dedicated to the Extend Studio team and otherrs users as very important (applied to Full as well to Demo instalation on non English Window Vista x32 and x64)
1. When you install The Suite CS4 (Design Premium CS4) on localized version of Vista ( sample Polish) then the Extension Manager from the Start Menu creates local folders in users/AppData/local/FlashCS4/pl . In this folder all information about extension is written.
2. This local folder is not visible by the non localized applicatios ( Dreamweawer or Flash CS4 English. This is the reason why extensions are visible in Localized Extension Manager but not visible in the English application.

To install Extensions propery you must:
1.Use Extension Manager activated from the application (Dreamwewer Flash CS4 help/Manage Extensions)
2. After instalation you will see them active.
3. Close the Application.
4. Go to Windows Menu Start and Run Extension Manager ( You will see Entension installed but not Active)
5. Activate the extension

Now all is visible, active and working perfectly.

This solution isn't working for me. CreativeFX is showing active in the extension mgr from both the help menu and run, but still not in Flash CS4.

Have you followed our getting started tutorial : http://www.extendstudio.com/documentation/creative-moviefx-v2/documentation/tutorials/getting-started-tutorial.html ?

If you still have problems, please send us a screen capture with the components panel at support at extendstudio.com.
