I have CS3 and I have just purchased CS4 when I install the extension in CS3 all works well but when I try to use it in CS4 it makes me re-enter a new serial. I'm then unable to use it again in CS3. Is there a workaround for this. I don't want to completely convert to CS4 yet because I'm not as comfortable with it as I am CS3.

Hello Tabitha,
You need to reset your license number in order to use the component again. To do that, click on “My account” and then on the reset button correspondent to the license you want.

Hi Andrei,
Happy Holidays to you too! Yes, I understand that I need to reset it. The problem I'm having is that when I use CS4 I have to reset it and then when I switch back to CS3 I have to reset it.
Every time I got to either one it has to be reset before I can use it. Is this the way its suppose to work? If so, its not very user friendly. Thanks for your response.

Hello Tabitha,
I’m afraid this is how it must go because there are two different installations and you would need two licenses to make it work. Why are you still using CS 3 ?
