I unable to create a looping banner that contains movie effects and text effects. After the effects are finished the movie stops. I want to be able to restart the banner and continue to loop.

Hello,
The Flash text effects and Flash movie effects components are great tools for animating a banner, web site, slide show almost anything in flash. But if you want to loop group of effects you need create additional logic.
This can be done in two ways:
1. From design using the time line.
2. From action script using the onEffectFinished or the onReverseFinished events.
If you still have problems please send us *.FLA file to see exactly what is happening.

can you show an example of how this script should look and where to apply it? For example, I have a single frame .fla file with several instances of Creative Movie FX. on one instance I want to have the swf loop and begin again. Is this possible using onReverseFinished or onEffecFinished as you have suggested?
I think I can get this to work, but am unsure as to how to properly use the AS you suggested.

Catalin poate dai niste detali mai amnuntite nu 2 fraze, mai uitate cum se raspunde pe forumutile de afara sau chiar si de la noi pe forumurile de suport , nu prea vezi raspunsuri asa in 2 perii, mentalitatea romaneasca vad ca persita cu toate ca avem site si forum in engleza fara suport pt limba nationala, asta e romaneasc luat banii si acum ne doare in cot , da cred ca esti platit pt asat nu ? Atunci si raspunde detaliat
Sper sa nu fie problema si sa nu intelegeti ce am scris in romana si sa faceti ca Raducioiu care dupa 2 luni uiatse sa vorbeasca romaneste, poti da raspunsul in engleza pt a intelege mai multi care cauta dar si in romana ca nu cred ca sunt eu singurul roman care a cumparat de la voi movieFx si textFx si cred ca ar fi si frumos din apartea voastra sa raspundeti si la concetateni

I dont understand why you are upset?! I dont think that you ever wrote us and we havent answered you.
We chose English because it is obviously the most suitable language, taking in consideration the fact that we have clients all over the world (USA, Canada, France, Italy, China, Japan, UK, Australia, Germany and so on). It is impossible to write to every client in his native language, and doing so would probably upset other clients that want to understand the answer to that particular post.
You are our first Romanian client and we congratulate you for this.

P.S. : Crede-ma si noua ne-ar fi mai usor sa raspunedem in romana,dar din pacate acest lucru nu este posibil. Cred ca este evident ca orice cerere pe care o vei adresa pe mailul de suport va primi raspuns in romana!

thank you for the support with the loops> i'll try it and let u know as soon as possible!
for the other problem, i find that it comes out only when i visit your site, and when i run my movies using MovieFx or TextFx. i don't now if it's a problem of the effects that are too heavy, but i don't think it's this, since it comes even when i put only two effects on my banner.... the problem, more in detail, it's this> seems like the movie starts very slowly, like one frame per second, and then progressively accelerates and then, near the end of the animation, reachs the right speed. In my opinion, seems like the movie it's like loading something while playing, and so it goes in slow motion.....
Have you ever heard of this" and, have i to build a preloader to let the things go in the right way"

I have been trying to get in touch with someone there. Someone please contact me. I have sent several emails in regards to the coding issue you have in Image Show Pro. Someone initially answered my email then - I have not received an email since.
The issue is with downloading both Image Show and Image Show Pro. They conflicted with each other. Now I cannot get Image Show Pro off of my system so I can reinstall it.
Can someone please answer my email? I can send you a screen shot of the problem.

We have answered your questions in a reasonable amount of time (maximum 48 hours 2 business days). This morning we have written you an email proposing the desktop sharing. We are waiting for your reply on this matter.
Some problems cannot be reproduced here. They only occur to a few users, this is why we need the desktop sharing session. The decision whether to participate in this desktop sharing session or not is up to each user.

I have sent you emails for 2 weeks now. I am now going to state my information on the forum so you can see how you have not been trying to resolve this in 2 days.
Please state the time we are to discuss this. I am in California and the time currently is 10:11 am, I am aware that the time in Romania is 8:08pm.
I do not want an apology letter. Just a time when to communicate and how. When can we do this desktop session? (For anyone else reading - has anyone done a desktop sharing session with them before? How did it go?)

Usually when we do desktop sharing sessions we talk with the other part in the same time. Also besides talking with us the user can see exactly what we are doing in his machine.
