I have using the CreativeMovieFX for some days without any problems. For whatever reason this morning the message poped up that I have to licence the product. I entered my licence code but I keep get the error "your licensing process has failed Error code: 201". Can please someone tell me what exactly the problem is? Thank you in advance

I did found the problem by myself. I had to reset the licence under my account. Members of Extendstudio please add to the error message some hints for possible problem causes and fixes. Thanks
