i have 2 computers i use for work, la aptop and desktop. whcih means i have two computers i need this to work on. i reset my license once for my other computer and now it tells me on my laptop the license is not valid.

if i can not use this on both my computers i would like a refund on my purchase. i have never heard of a software company only alllowing one activation, especially considering most designers have 2 computers.

i also purchased the "text effects component" from you as well so i also need this to work on both.

please let me know how we can resolve this.

if i do not need to reenter the serial number each time i use it, but just instead reset it online before i start up my other machine, i will be okay with that. but please lt me know ASAp the correct procedure to use this on 2 machines. i just bought a 3rd component from you today and want a couple others, but do not want to have to spend an a half hour setting them upeach time i switch computers.

i spoke with your support today and this case is closed. for those who need to know you do need to reset the serial each time you switch a system.
