I'm getting the following when I tried to add the Movie FX to an existing FLASH file that was given to me:
**Error** Scene=Scene 1, layer=Layer 3, frame=1:Line 25: Invalid mouse event specified.
on(draw) {
**Error** Scene=Scene 1, layer=Layer 3, frame=1:Line 26: Statement must appear within on/onClipEvent handler
_global["MiddleMaskResizeEffect"] = xtd.effects.movieclip.MiddleMaskResizeEffect;
**Error** Scene=Scene 1, layer=Layer 3, frame=1:Line 27: Statement must appear within on/onClipEvent handler
this.initEffect();
**Error** Scene=Scene 1, layer=Layer 3, frame=1:Line 28: Unexpected '}' encountered
}
Total ActionScript Errors: 4 Reported Errors: 4
...any ideas or clues to look for?
I'd be glad to send you the file.
Thanks!

All,
I copied the frames from the "problem" file, and created a new FLASH 8 document, then pasted the frames and the file worked. I noticed on an initial save, it upgraded the file from 2004 to version 8....which made me think to try creating a new FLASH 8 document.
Thanks!
