I've had to reinstall windows on my machine. When I reinstall your products and insert the license number, I am receiving an error 201. I reviewed the threads here, and saw a post directing me to press the reset button on my account next to the product that I need to reinstall. The problem I'm having is that I don't see any products listed under the licensing section of my account page.

Any help would be appreciated.
