am getting a javascript error in the embed font file that is shutting down my flash. what is causing this?

Hello Mark,

This happens sometimes when the Flash project contains some naming coincidences (a scene has the same name as a movie clip for example). Please send us the FLA file you are working on and we will look into it.

This happens in a brand new document with nothing except the single object on the stage.

Hi,

Could you, please, send us the .fla file you were testing on at support[AT]extendstudio[DOT]com? What operating system and what version of Flash are you using?

Also, what version of the extension are you using? You can find this information in the Adobe Extension Manager.
