I'm struggling in trying to use this product.
Because I can't use multiline I've put multiple entries of the TextFX object on the stage also on the same layer.
The problem is some of them don't show upon publishing. Also, the text displays differently compared to designtime.
I purchased the product in an attempt to save time. So far it's had the opposite effect.

And also as a side suggestion, a Flash forum doesn't provided a good user experience.

It will be great if you can send us the *.FLA file at support (at) extendstudio (dot) com. It will help us to pinpoint your problem faster. Also, in the email, please describe your problem in detail.

I'm sorry I've moved on. The job has to be done eventually, I've removed all instances of the component from this project. However I'll put together an example for you shortly and email it off.
